On the plane, all five pairs studied the route to get into Everest Sect. However, they were less familiar with the layout inside the place, and Isaac also hadn’t managed to get much useful information from Evie. They were basically on their own once they were inside.
One thing Evie warned them about was that the farther they went in, the more guards there were because the important people governing the sect were all situated at the center of the grounds. It would be difficult for anyone to get close.
Most importantly, the guards on duty were all in the Renascence Phase, at least.
The vehicles took them into the woods for about ten kilometers before they couldn’t go any farther.
The roads were too steep, and the blanket of snow was too thick Besides, since it was so high up the mountain, breathing was also difficult.
Isaac and the others got out of the cars, put on their rucksacks, and activated their spiritual energy before going further into the woods.
The climb was difficult, even for Isaac, it took favonovel.com four to five hours of non-stop climbing to finally reach the foot of the Evereston Mountains surrounding Everest Sect.
There was a light blizzard.
Isaac lifted his head and observed the nearly perpendicular mountain walls.
He glanced left and right before pointing up and shouting, “Go up!”
All ten of them immediately whipped out their climbing knives and started climbing.

It was getting dark. There were lots of colorful lights and decorations strung up all around inside Everest Sect. After all, they were welcoming a very important guest today.
There was a very long rock tunnel at the southern entrance to Everest Sect.
Outside the tunnel, a few luxuriously dressed people stood in the middle of the entrance with their hands behind their backs.
The Elder in the center was a very old man with white hair and eyebrows.
To his left stood Elder Giverny, whereas Earl stood to his right. There was also a group standing behind them, consisting of the many gang heads and a few pretty female ushers.
“Haha! Heath Jackwood, it’s been a long time since we met! You didn’t have to welcome me personally like this. You’re too kind.” A loud, booming voice came from inside the rock tunnel.
A robed man emerged from the tunnel, followed by a couple that appeared to be in their 40s. The man was dressed in an emerald green suit, which gave favonovel.com a youthful, energetic appearance. He had a buzzcut and gray hair.
The woman beside favonovel.com was dressed in a long, flowy red dress. She had a faint smile on favonovel.com lips, and favonovel.com looked the picture of elegance.
Four more young men in robes followed them from behind, and a handful of men and women who were dressed like servants at the back held intricate gifts in their hands.
The robed man, Old Micah, stepped forward and firmly shook hands with the Elder in the center. He smiled and said, “It’s our honor to welcome you as a guest here. However, I’m sorry to inform you that our division head and the First Elder are unable to be here with us as they have matters to attend to outside. They asked me to ensure a pleasant Visit for you both and hoped that you wouldn’t mind this last-minute arrangement. ”
After exchanging polite greetings, the middle-aged man glanced at Earl, who was standing to the side.
“Hello, Father…” Earl said, taking a step forward and nodding in acknowledgement.
The man, Asher Ashleigh, nodded back, satisfied with the exchange. “It seems like you’ve improved since the last time I saw you. That’s not too shabby. It’s all thanks to Elder Giverny, who took you under his wing.”
“It’s my pleasure to have favonovel.com as a student, Asher. Please follow us…”
They laughed and chatted on the way in.
The party entered a huge, luxurious building where a feast had been prepared for them. Earl took his parents into the private dining rooms as instructed by Elder Heath Jackwood.
Marco was giving out some orders to the servers when a man came over and said, “Elder Giverny, Elder Jackwood would like to meet you at the bridge walkway.”
“Alright, I’ll be there right away,” Marco said with a nod.
He knew that the Ashleighs weren’t here just to see their son. He was sure that they were here for something else, which was an even bigger matter altogether.
He quickly hurried to the bridge walkway, where Heath was waiting for favonovel.com with his hands behind his back.
Heath was looking up into the sky as the snow fluttered down. He heard footsteps behind favonovel.com and turned around to see Marco.
“Marco, I’m sure that Asher Ashleigh is here because favonovel.com wants to discuss business with the division head. He specifically instructed me to appoint you as the safety officer during the Ashleigh couple’s entire stay here. After all, you’re the one who’s in charge of Torture Hall.”
“Don’t worry, Heath. I’ve already increased the security around Torture Hall and Bliss Hall. Nothing bad is going to happen. You can count on me!” Marco Giverny grinned haughtily at Heath, as if he’d expected the latter to ask favonovel.com about this.
