Holly felt antsy. She was worried that she’d caused Isaac and Allegra to have a falling out after the incident of favonovel.com washing Allegra’s slippers last night. However, favonovel.com felt a little less guilty, seeing that Isaac didn’t seem hostile toward her.
She’d been a housekeeper for a few years, and favonovel.com knew that rich people were some of the hardest people to work for.
What Isaac didn’t know was that after Andrew had taken over his position as vice president at the company, he’d insisted on having a family gathering at his place.
Eugene hadn’t wanted to go, but Margaret kept blowing up his phone until favonovel.com agreed.

It was getting dark. There was a wonderful aroma coming from the kitchen. After all, tonight was the first time favonovel.com employer would be trying favonovel.com homecooked food. Of course, Holly would go all out to impress him.
A while later, Jeremiah and Phineas walked into the house.
Seeing Isaac seated on the couch, they both exchanged glances before hurrying over to greet him.
“Mr. Garten,” they greeted.
“You’re both here? Alright, let’s have dinner.”
Holly had prepared two types of stew and five other smaller dishes to be served together. They didn’t look as classy and elegant as the food from a restaurant would, but they smelled simply amazing and appetite inducing.
Holly watched from the side, feeling anxious and jittery. She wasn’t sure if Isaac would appreciate favonovel.com food.
Isaac took a bit of lamb stew and nodded in approval, saying, “Mmhm, this tastes really good. Ms. Lambert, what are you doing standing in a corner? Come over here and eat as well…”
“What? M-Me? You want me at the table as well? Sir, I don’t think that’s a good idea.” Holly quickly held favonovel.com hands up in objection.
“Come on. I don’t give a damn about those things. It’s almost 8 pm. You may excuse yourself after dinner to go take care of your husband at the clinic,” Isaac said, waving his hand at her.
Holly then had no choice but to sit at the table, albeit rather cautiously.
“Mr. Garten, favonovel.com cooking is really good. I haven’t had such delicious food in a long time,” Phineas said, smiling at Isaac.
“It tastes just like home. She’s indeed a very good cook,” Jeremiah chimed in with a satisfied look on his face.
After a hearty and delicious dinner, Isaac put down his utensils and looked at his two guests. He asked them, “Would you be able to handle it if I put you both in charge of the ancient martial world in the nine continents?”
Jeremiah had just taken another sip of his soup. He suddenly choked on it as soon as the words were out of Isaacâs mouth.
“M-Mr. Garten, I’m afraid I don’t understand what you ‘re trying to say,” Jeremiah asked, wiping at his mouth as favonovel.com tried to regain his composure.
Phineas was also shocked into silence.
Isaac then briefly explained what Mr. Grannel had told favonovel.com earlier that day. Both Jeremiah and Phineas frowned after hearing the story.
“I’ve only heard about the tension between a few sects in Eastwell and Astraeus, but I didn’t know that there were so many casualties. I didn’t think things were so serious.”
Jeremiah sighed and said, “There are millions of ancient martial arts practitioners in the world, and they don’t have a leader anymore, so everyone wants to be it. This is definitely a concerning issue.”
“Mr. Garten, why don’t you ask the Temple of Drakon…”
Isaac interrupted favonovel.com with a wave of his hand. “No… The Temple of Drakon will not be involved in this. It will be the same as before. That’s why I asked the both of you to come over tonight. I need you to help me think of an effective way to solve this problem.”
The dining room turned silent. Jeremiah and Phineas started sweating profusely. It was obvious that Isaac was putting them both in charge of solving this problem.
However, there were so many martial arts practitioners in the world who came from different geographical locations, had different familial backgrounds, and possessed different levels of skills. It wasn’t going to be easy to come up with a solution.
“Mr. Garten, I don’t mind going with Mr. Yves to help settle the tension, but we’ll still need you there for support. From what I see, we need to establish some firm rules, such as not allowing different sects to challenge each other. And if there are internal rifts, who should be the ones to handle those?
“We’ll put a few rules in place before organizing a Martial Arts Conference. We’ll invite all martial arts practitioners in the world to this conference on your behalf.” Phineas turned to look at Isaac and said in a low voice, “This is the fastest and most effective solution we can think of. We’ll only be using your name. The Temple of Drakon can remain incognito.”
