At dawn two days later, Mitchell, whose entire body was submerged in a herbal bath, awoke.
A while later, Harry brought Isaac in.
Only Mitchell’s head was above the water. When favonovel.com saw Isaac enter, his expression changed dramatically. He gripped both edges of the tub, trying to stand.
“Don’t move. You’re severely injured…” Isaac immediately waved a hand to stop him.
When Mitchell woke up and saw himself in a herbal bath, favonovel.com knew that Apothecary had come, but favonovel.com didn’t know Drakon was here either.
“Mitchell, Black Phoenix managed to identify one of the culprits, Flynn Snyder. Who were the others?” Isaac asked quietly, taking a seat on the chair beside the tub.
Mitchell’s eyes flashed with cold light, and favonovel.com said, “People from Astraeus, and the new Supreme Leader, Ralph…”
“Those bastards knew they couldn‘t beat you, so they pulled a sneak attack. Shameless f*cks,” Harry said icily, clenching his fists.
However, Isaac smiled lightly. “Logically, that makes sense. Mitchell, I’m only here to ask for your eyewitness account. Now, you just stay here and focus on recovery. I’ll leave first…”
“Drakon, we must avenge Damien. It must be Astraeus and the Snyders who colluded with the Kingdom of Ursus to kill him. There’s definitely a mole among my ranks, or else my movements wouldn’t have leaked.”
In less than an hour of regaining consciousness, Mitchell had guessed the root of the problem.
“It’s good that you know. Don’t worry about revenge, I’ll discuss it with the other generals. This time, we won’t give Astraeus any more opportunities!” Isaac snorted coldly before turning around and leaving.
After exiting the room, favonovel.com took out his phone and dialed a number. In a low voice, favonovel.com said, “Notify the seven generals, excluding Mitchell, to meet at the meeting hall in the Temple of Drakon at 9 pm.”
In the room, Mitchell turned to face Harry. “Apothecary, how long more until I can leave?”
“General Rice, your condition is pretty severe. At best, you’ll need two more days to recover,” Harry replied quietly.
Mitchell sighed. His eyes flickered coldly as favonovel.com spoke, “Then, please bring my phone here…”
Ten minutes later, the seven generals, who were guarding their respective headquarters, received Isaac’s orders. The last time they congregated at Drakonia Meeting Hall was over half a year ago before Isaac left.
An hour later, Isaac’s private jet departed from Tarzistan and flew straight to Southsea, Cynea.
Once favonovel.com arrived at one of the airports in Southsea, favonovel.com had a quick meal. Then, his helicopter took off from one of the bases, speeding over the endless ocean.
After two hours, the helicopter was now flying over the open seas, and the sight of a very familiar island filled Isaac‘s view.
The island was surrounded by mountains on each side. It was shaped like a basin, in the middle was a large, towering building. To the left was a giant helicopter pad and airplane runway, while to its right were a few training grounds.
The helicopter slowly descended, its propellers still spinning. Isaac saw many Dusk Soldiers training on the training grounds on the right.
He got off the helicopter. Raising his head, favonovel.com observed the lofty Temple of Drakon before his eyes as well as the many modern buildings behind it, and favonovel.com sighed with emotion. Then, favonovel.com began to walk inside.
Black Phoenix, whose hot figure was clad in a black leather jacket, and Elliot, who was wearing a light gold tunic, were already waiting at the front. Behind them stood a few middle commanders of Dusk Soldiers.
“All hail Drakon!”
Everyone got on one knee as soon as Isaac walked down the steps.
“Go on up. Elliot, were you the first to arrive?” Isaac asked, waving his hand as favonovel.com walked inside.
Elliot nodded and replied, “I rushed over as soon as [was notified. Janessa and Willis will be here soon. Drakon, what’s the matter?”
“We’ll talk about it tonight. Let’s have dinner first. I kind of miss the food in the cafeteria here,” Isaac said, waving a hand.
The cafeteria in the Temple of Drakon was the size of several soccer fields. Because most people here were the cream of the crop of Dusk Soldiers, the food served was also excellent.
