Two men immediately stepped forward to assist Allegra.
Elio stopped them and screamed, “I’ll see who the f*ck dares to get in my way! Mr. Jared, are you still watching next door?!”
Francis and another elder came out of the room.
When they saw the men in military uniforms, Francis frowned immediately.
All martial arts practitioners had to follow a law, which was that they were not allowed to challenge any government organization openly. Moreover, doing so would also be detrimental to Canaan Sect!
“Throw them out of this place!” Elio roared, pointing at the soldiers in the room.
Chase looked at Francis and said coldly, “This is a legal and lawful action from the government. If you stop us, the government…”
“F*ck the government; I’ll take full responsibility if anything happens!” Elio said, thumping his chest. “Now get these b*stards out of here!”
Francis frowned and made a split-second decision. He turned to look at Chase and said, “Don’t make me come at you. Please leave immediately…”

Chase quickly produced a gun from his belt and aimed the barrel at Elio, saying, “If anyone dares to make a move, I will not hesitate to shoot. Now, both of you, lead Ms. Booth to safety.”

There was a cold, unforgiving look in Elio’s eyes when favonovel.com saw the gun being pointed at him. He screamed, “Francis, do something! If I’m dead, you’re not going to see a single penny!”

The soldiers were enraged that their superior had been wounded. However, Elio had a gun, and they also knew that this crazy man came from a powerful family background and didn’t give about anything else.
They didn’t know what this deranged man would do next.
Allegra was horrified. The slight wisp of hope of getting rescued was immediately put out.
Just then, a black car screeched to a halt in front of the mansion. Isaac and two Dusk Soldiers alighted from the vehicle and rushed inside.
He entered the room and saw both parties at an impasse. He took in the sight of Chase on the ground with his bloody leg and Allegra on the bed, trembling in fright. He hurried over to the side of the bed.
Elio was shocked to see Isaac there. He hadn’t expected Isaac to arrive so quickly.
“Isaac, I’m sorry!” Allegra sobbed when favonovel.com saw Isaac rush over to favonovel.com with deep worry etched on his face.
“It’s alright, Ally. I’m here now, it’s alright,” Isaac said, quickly untying her.

Isaac turned to glare furiously at Elio. There was an icy glint in his eyes.

“Ally, close your eyes,” Isaac said gently and quietly to her.
