Cyra and Gael glared at him.

“The three noble families? Do you mean the Shaffers, the Dorians, and the Gilfoyles? Looks like you have something up your sleeve…” Isaac smirked.
The three noble families of Peeling, the Shaffers, the Dorrians, and the Gilfoyles, had been powerful for many years. Many of their members held important positions at work, and they had control over many investment companies, thus making them noble families with both wealth and power. Also, they were closely associated with the toughest martial powerhouses in Neuport.
“That’s right. But it’s too late now. Isaac, I didn’t want to confront you, but we can’t turn back now!” Garrett gritted his teeth.
Isaac stood up slowly. He smiled and pointed at Garrett. “Old man, I’ll give your family another chance. If Gael agrees to shoot himself, I’ll let this matter slide. You don’t have to trouble the three noble families too… It’s futile…”
“You want me to shoot myself? Isaac, do you know who my teacher is? As powerful as you are, you’re still under the House of Custos’ supervision when you’re within these borders. If you kill me today, you’ll be in trouble!”
“Oh yeah? Really?” Isaac’s eyes gleamed frostily. “Then let me see for myself!”
