“Who did this to you?”

Once the words were out of his mouth, Isaac’s phone started ringing in his pocket.
He saw that it was Allegra’s number and accepted the call.

“From Neuport? What’s his name?” Isaac asked, stunned.
“He said his name was Mateo Bern, and his father is some sort of a second elder? He looks very anxious and worried, by the way.”

He sped home to Cloud Nine Villas.
