Isaac frowned and interrupted Colton at once. He said coldly, “Colton, I’m sure there isn’t a law written anywhere that I’m banned from stepping foot into Neuport, am I right? There’s nothing to be worried about from this aspect. What’s the second one?”
“Secondly, Neuport doesn’t only house Astraeus’ headquarters. It’s also the capital of Cynea, where all the rich and elite families live and where the most important business dealings are made. If we make a wrong move, we may find ourselves unintentionally offending the entire country altogether.”
Beefy Bob nodded in agreement. He couldn’t deny what the general was saying.
After Colton finished speaking, favonovel.com was surprised to see that Isaac seemed unbothered. Instead, favonovel.com even started laughing.
“Are you thinking otherwise, Drakon?” Colton asked with a chuckle.
“I’m not exactly concerned with the two points that you’re making here. The only thing I’m concerned about is whether or not our forcing our way into Astraeus’ internal affairs will launch a riot. After all, every martial art practitioner in the world is watching Astraeus from wherever they are. I don’t want to see a bloodbath happening, but Glenn has to die, no matter what.”
Colton got up and looked at Isaac with a serious face. He saluted favonovel.com and said, “If this is Drakon’s wish, so be it. We will gladly take all orders from Drakon.”
Isaac was silent for a few seconds. He then said, “Call up Lucas. He’s from Neuport. Go there with favonovel.com and figure out what exactly Glenn wants. Even better if you manage to find his hidey-hole.”
“Yes, sir!” Colton got up and hurriedly marched out of the house.
As soon as Colton was out of the door, Beefy Bob opened his mouth to say something but quickly stopped himself.
Isaac chuckled and asked, “Beefy Bob, what is it?”
“Isaac, don’t you think it’s too risky to head over to Neuport like this? What if Thaddaeus is still around?” Beefy Bob said, unable to withhold his smile.
“Don’t worry. If Thaddaeus was still in Neuport, did you think favonovel.com would let Glenn, the First Leader, force Evie into a marriage with the Yves?” Isaac answered with another laugh.
