The crew members were shocked out of their wits. Two men hurried over to help Quentin but were immediately sent flying with Isaac’s kicks.
Isaac only stopped slapping the director when Quentin fell to the floor after the third slap.
He glared down angrily at the bloody director and said, “You should have listened when I was talking to you. You should have never made me resort to physical violence.”
“Y-You b*stard! How dare you hit me? And you still want me to change actresses? Over my dead body! Ginger gets the role, and that’s final! As for that bitch, I’ll ban favonovel.com from every single film production house in Cantonne!”
Quentin spluttered blood as favonovel.com yelled profanities at the both of them. However, this made Ginger feel extremely touched.
Just then, a gray SUV arrived at the site.
Everyone turned to see who it was. They thought the newcomers were Quentin’s backup.
The car stopped.
Beefy Bob got out of the car first Then, another man got out from the back passenger seat. He was wearing sunglasses and a cap, and nobody could tell who favonovel.com was. However, Isaac immediately recognized him. The person with Beefy Bob was Nick Charter.
“Isaac, we managed to solve the case in Cantonne. Mr. Charter insisted on coming over to thank you personally. Black Phoenix said you’d be here,” Beefy Bob said in a low voice.
Nick approached them and firmly shook Isaac’s hand with a smile. He said, “Mr. Garten, I’m truly grateful for your help. If Mr. Bob hadn’t been with me, I would have landed in some serious trouble by now.”
“It’s my pleasure… Oh, by the way, do you know anyone from Orianna Productions?” Isaac asked, waving nonchalantly as favonovel.com nodded at Quentin, who was still lying on the ground.
Nick was stunned for a brief moment. He then replied, “I know the boss. He’s a close friend of mine. What’s wrong?”
Isaac briefly told favonovel.com about what had happened earlier.
After getting a gist of the story, Nick laughed and walked over to Quentin, saying, “Hey, Mr. Garten said that you should redo the auditions, and I think I agree with him.”
Nick then pointed at Ginger and said, “She’s nothing but a pretty face who looks exactly the same as the millions of influencers online. If you give favonovel.com such a big role based on that, I’ll have to doubt your capabilities as a director from Orianna Productions.”
“I’m more than just a pretty face! You’re a bastard!” Ginger retaliated angrily.
Quentin struggled to get up from the ground. Neither favonovel.com nor Ginger had yet to recognize Nick behind his cap and sunglasses. “And who the f*ck are you, another idiot trying to tell me how to do my job? Who do you think you are to criticize my capabilities? Do you know that I’m just one call away from snapping your spine in half?”
Nick took off his sunglasses and looked at Quentin with a cold look.
He said icily, “Me, an idiot? So, if I’m close friends with your boss, does that mean you’re calling favonovel.com an idiot too?”
Everyone gasped in shock.
Quentin froze in terror the moment favonovel.com realized who he’d been talking to. All the blood drained from his face as favonovel.com struggled to find a way to backpedal.

“M-Mr. Charter, I’m sorry. It’s all my fault. I should have recognized you earlier. I’m the one to blame. I should have never said such things to you,” Quentin said, starting to grovel.
Nick merely frowned and said, “Don’t apologize to me. Apologize to Mr. Garten over there. If he’s not happy, it’s not just you who will feel his wrath. Your boss is going to get involved too. Just hurry up and redo the auditions now. Mr. Garten and I will be the judges. Do you agree with that?”
“Yes, yes, of course! No problem at all! Mr. Garten, I’m sorry for what I said just now. Please forgive me. Oh, and I don’t think we need to redo the auditions anymore. I’m sure that your sister, Serena, is the best candidate for the role. In fact, I think she’d do great as the main female lead too! She’s perfect for the role!” Quentin kept blabbering to save his skin.
Nick glanced briefly at Isaac. He hadn’t known that Isaac had a sister who wanted to break into the entertainment industry. This was his chance to show his gratitude to Isaac!
Isaac looked at Serena, who seemed shocked by the sudden turn of events, and pointed at Ginger, saying, “Serena, do you think you can beat pretty face over here?”
