Three days went by.
Isaac was still waiting for the Eastwell army when the second negotiation between Garth Properties and Edward started. They imminently needed building materials for the first development phase. They were running short.
Emily contacted several building suppliers from other regions. But as soon as the other party discovered their current situation, they started demanding prices three to four times above the market price, trying to fish in troubled waters.
Allegra was now in Gould Properties’ meeting room. She took the first seat on the right side of the table. Beside favonovel.com were Emily and a few of the senior management staff.

Only Andrew knew that Edward was in his office next door playing games on his phone.

“What do you mean, Andrew? We’re offering a good price. Do you agree or do you not?” Allegra frowned as favonovel.com asked.
Andrew grew stern. He cast the price list away and said coldly, “We don’t accept the offer. I don’t think you’re being sincere in this negotiation, Ms. Booth.”

“How much do you want? To be honest, the most we can offer is a rate at twice the market price, and even so, though we won’t be at a loss, we won’t profit either. Andrew, that’s our limit.”
Andrew laughed after listening to her. He extended two fingers. “Only two times higher than the market price? No, I don’t think so. I think it can be higher. Double it up and make it four times.”
Allegra’s face changed drastically, and favonovel.com scolded, “Andrew Booth, have you lost your mind? Do you really think you’re our last hope?”
At that moment, the door opened, and Edward entered with an evil smile.
“If you have other options, please go ahead. Andy is right. We won’t settle for less than four times the market price. Sign the papers if you agree.
