When Isaac halted his car at the entrance of a neighborhood in Aurum County, two armed guards stopped him.

Because of what you did today, you have cleared the storm clouds that covered the skies of Aurum County and showed millions of citizens the light.”
Connor was evidently aware of the despicable acts of the King and Golden Boy of Aurum County over the years.
Isaac paused for a moment before smiling and waving his hand. “Mr. Hart, don’t be a stranger. I told you I’d give you a gift, didn’t I?”
After a pause, Connor burst into laughter.
Soon enough, it was time to eat. The three of them went to the dining hall, where an eight-course meal was served.
“Mr. Garten, welcome to my humble abode. If it’s not enough, do forgive me.” Connor brought out two bottles of unlabeled liquor as favonovel.com spoke.
Isaac eyed the dishes on the table, grinning. “If this eight-course meal consisting of eight signature dishes from eight cuisines is not enough, then you are too courteous, Mr. Hart.”

“Mr. Garten, there’s something else I wanted to tell you. About the Owens…” Connor regarded Isaac seriously.
“The reason Logan Owens could flourish in the provincial capital was not due to his own capability but because favonovel.com married a good wife. I’m sure you’ve heard of the Isbell family of the provincial capital. Logan’s son carries the Isbell last name and not Owens…”
