Isaac took out his phone and dialed an international number.
“Black Phoenix, track this person down.” Isaac then shared critical information about Stephan with Black Phoenix.
Little did Isaac know that it wasn’t Horace’s idea to make trouble for Stephan but his big brother’s.
He had asked Horace to recall the murders and other more serious incidents, then tracked down the important parties and locked them up somewhere. He planned to release them after three days. After all, Isaac had given the deadline of three days.
Less than ten minutes later, Black Phoenix called back.
“Drakon, the person you are looking for is being held captive at an abandoned ironworks in the western suburbs of Aurum County. There were about a dozen officers standing guard outside; they seem to have locked up 20 people.”
There were even law enforcement officers standing guard?
It seemed that Horace’s power was substantial.
Isaac’s eyes froze over. He took out his phone and dialed Beefy Bob’s number. “Ask 20 members of the Assassin Squad to wait at the Cloud City highway. Prepare enough cars. Also, bring the Special Investigation Unit along, and let’s regroup there.”

After almost two hours of rushing around, six jeeps raced toward the abandoned ironworks in the western suburbs of Aurum County.
Four uniformed officers came out, waving their arms and screaming, “No entry! Get out of here!”
Twenty members of the Assassin Squad, all dressed in black athletic wear, got down from the Jeeps in the back and barged inside.
The uniformed men were already beaten to the ground before they could take out their weapons.
Soon, a man in black ran over to Isaac, who had just gotten down from the car, and said in a low voice, “Drakon, the guards have been eliminated. There are a total of 19 people in captivity.”
Isaac and Harry followed the man in black into the place.
Inside an abandoned workshop, they saw a number of men and women with their hands and feet bound, each wearing looks of terror. Among the crowd, Isaac immediately spotted Stephan and his daughter, Tara. There was another disheveled-looking woman curled up next to them, staring at Isaac with fear.
When Tara saw Isaac, favonovel.com expression turned shocked, and favonovel.com eyes lit up instantly.
“Everyone, do you know who brought you here?!” Isaac asked loudly, stepping forward.
No one uttered a word. Tara raised favonovel.com hand and said in a small voice, “I-I do… It was the Kenne family.”
Then, favonovel.com turned to explain to the others, “Everyone, do not be afraid. Isaac is here to save us. He wants to overthrow the Kenne family!”
Some gasped in surprise, some were disdainful, but most of them didn’t make any sound.
“Young man, we are already grateful that you came to our rescue. Common folks like us don’t have the capability to go against the Kenne family,” a man in his fifties spoke up shakily.
Many people nodded. The meaning was clear, “Thanks for saving us, but we don’t dare to fight the Kenne family!”
Isaac wasn’t surprised. He simply said to Stephan, “Stephan, come with us. I’ll send the rest of them to the Kenne family.”
When the others heard this, some immediately started crying out of fear and began to beg. They all thought that Isaac was going to let the Kenne family deal with them. Even Stephan’s expression paled.
Isaac waved his hand and frowned, saying coldly, “Don’t be afraid. I’m sending you to the Kenne family to let you witness their fall with your own eyes!”
With that, footsteps sounded from outside. The burly Beefy Bob walked inside briskly, bringing with favonovel.com five uniformed men in army hats wearing serious expressions.
