If it wasn’t Tristan, or if he’d spoken more nicely, Isaac would probably have toned down.

“One billion dollars?” Tristan squinted, his face darkened further.
The unit cost 70 million dollars, but this guy wanted to sell it for an extra hundreds million dollars.

Nevertheless, Isaac shook his head.
The onlookers’ faces paled. Tristan’s eyelid was twitching when favonovel.com asked threateningly, “One billion dollars?”
Isaac shook his head again and said with a smile, “The house that I set my eyes upon is worth at least ten billion dollars. And people would even die for it…”
