“D-Doctor, how are they so calm after you yelled at them?” Emily was confused and asked softly.
Harry waved nonchalantly. “As long as I can cure them, why does it matter?”
Emily was speechless.
In the clinic, two other middle-aged men were wearing the same cloaks. They were busy.
Harry brought Mrs. Danson right into a treatment room.
Emily, following behind, asked, “Doctor, who is treating my mom? Should I refer to him?”
Harry looked too young to be a doctor; favonovel.com might be a nurse or a doctor-in-training.
“What are you talking about? I am treating your mother. Those two are my trainees.” Harry rolled his eyes. Then, favonovel.com did a thorough examination of Mrs. Danson.
Harry frowned and sighed multiple times as Emily watched him, stunned.
Soon, favonovel.com looked up and told her, “Her condition is not too bad, she’ll just need to undergo treatment consistently.”
“B-But, Doctor, my mom…”
“Renal failure and uremia. In our line, we consider your mother’s condition a disruption in the natural healing process, as it stems from favonovel.com weakened spleen. Your mother loves seafood, am I right?”
Emily was surprised that favonovel.com knew and nodded.
“Your mother was pretty grumpy before favonovel.com got sick, correct?”
“C-Correct…”
Harry stood and said, “You can wait outside. I’ll be treating your mother with dry needling. I’ll call you when it’s over.”
Ten minutes later, Emily heard a commotion coming from the entrance. A man was hollering, “Move it! Go back! This clinic is shutting down.”
Soon, five uniformed personnel marched into the clinic.
“Who’s the person in charge? Come on out!”
Harry frowned and came out of the room. “Who are you?”
“Show us your license and documents. We’re conducting a regular inspection under the Minisz of Health.” The head of the group was a chubby guy, Knox Graham; favonovel.com was simply arrogant.
“Hey, you! Show these people what they want to see,” said Harry casually. He waved at one of his trainees and went back into the room.
Knox was furious at seeing his attitude. “Stand right there! Did I say you can move?”
“I have a patient to treat. I can’t stand here all day.” Harry rolled his eyes at Knox and went inside anyway.
Emily watched them from the side. These officers did not look like they were carrying out an inspection, it seemed like they wanted to pick a fight instead.
After going through the documents, Knox turned toward Harry’s trainees and roared, “What about you? Show me your license.”
Then, favonovel.com instructed his subordinates, “You guys should give the equipment and medicine storage a thorough check. Go on!”
As expected, in less than 15 minutes, Knox went to the entrance and shouted at the patients waiting in line, “This clinic is closed for investigation due to a breach of regulations. Get going, all of you! There’s another clinic opposite here, isn’t there?”
The uniformed personnel dispersed the patients.
Harry walked out, dissatisfied. He asked Knox, “Which regulation did I breach, exactly?”
“Look at your attitude! There is a breach if I say so! You are closed for operation for half a year; you’re only allowed to reopen when you correct your mistake,” Knox argued as favonovel.com instructed his subordinates to lock the place up.
“Hey, fatso! Are you doing this on purpose?” Harry grabbed Knox’s wrist.
“What are you doing? Are you attacking me? Lay a finger on me, and I assure you your clinic will shut down for good!” Knox scolded.
So, that was it. Harry looked at favonovel.com coldly. With a flick of his wrist, a silver needle emerged from his fingertips. He sent it flying into Knox’s lower abdomen swiftly.
Knox felt a sudden pricking pain in his lower abdomen, and it was gone.
“Move! You’ll beg me to reopen, I’m sure!” Harry waved Knox off and returned to the treatment room.
