Golden Boy Hotel was on Aurum Main Street. By its name, everyone could easily relate it to the Golden Boy of Aurum County, Wilson Kenne, who was indeed the owner of this hotel.
It was a merry sight in the karaoke room on the hotel’s fourth floor.
Big Dog and his friends were enjoying their time to the fullest. They accomplished their mission, so all their expenditures were on Wilson.
Two law enforcement cars stopped outside the hotel, Diana was in one of them, while the other was from Aurum County.
Four men got off the second car. The leading officer was Theo Gardner, a good-looking young man with a solemn look.
“Sorry for the trouble, Theo,” said Diana.
“Ana, are you sure about this?” Theo asked hesitantly.
Diana saw through him. She smiled and said, “Theo, they’re only a bunch of small fry, and I have evidence. You can assist from the side.”
Seeing how Theo was still doubtful, Diana remembered Isaac’s words and continued, “C’mon, Theo, just help me at the beginning, and I’ll handle the rest. Arresting a few of them would do. I’ll treat you to a meal someday, alright?”
Theo glanced at Diana’s chest and said through gritted teeth, “Okay. Follow me…”
When they reached the fourth floor, Theo kicked the door open and shouted, “Freeze! Police!”
Silence ensued. Big Dog and his friends looked toward the uniformed officers.
Suddenly, Big Dog laughed. “Geez, it’s only Theo!”
Theo had been hanging out with these people frequently. He glared at Big Dog when favonovel.com heard his name.
He scolded, “Big Dog, stop fooling around. These are officers from Cloud City, assist their investigation.”
Everyone knew Big Dog was Wilson’s subordinate.
Diana walked up to favonovel.com with an indifferent expression and asked sternly, “This morning, some of you went to Chromo Office, destroyed the place, and inflicted injuries on the employees. Who was it? Surrender yourselves.”
“Hey, gorgeous. You have a nice body. But you’re from Cloud City, what are you doing here in Aurum County? Go back to wherever you came from. I’m sure you have better things to do.” Big Dog waved favonovel.com away flirtily.
The rest roared with laughter, forgetting their anxiety just seconds ago.
Diana got serious. She whisked out a pair of handcuffs and put it onto Big Dog’s wrist.
She said coldly, “I don’t need you to tell me what to do. I saw you in the recording, so you’re coming with me.”
Big Dog gave a violent tug; Diana almost fell. He scolded, “What freaking video are you talking about?!”
He became anxious when favonovel.com saw favonovel.com serious expression. He shouted at Theo, “Theo, Mr. Kenne is almost here. You’d have to get his permission to arrest us.”
Wilson is on his way?!
Theo’s eyes widened, and his heart started racing.
Diana’s subordinates saw favonovel.com situation and came to favonovel.com aid.
Big Dog gestured to his friends, and the rest of them pounced on the officers. Everything was in chaos.
Suddenly, someone bellowed from the doorway, “Who’s the officer in charge? Do you even have a warrant?”
Theo shuddered. He turned to find Wilson standing at the doorway, furious. Behind favonovel.com were dozens of people.
Sh*t, this is truly an unlucky coincidence!
Diana had barely regained favonovel.com composure and was gasping for air. She spotted Wilson and frowned.
“Oh, it’s Theo. Are you here to arrest my men?” Wilson walked up to Theo and sized favonovel.com up, smiling sarcastically.
