“Mr. Garten, we’ve got the answer. They work for Horace Kenne.” Old Brooks entered. He didn’t realize that the officers were there.
“Horace Kenne?” Diana’s eyes widened. She looked at Isaac.
Isaac stood and said to Diana, “Since you’re here, it’s your job to arrest those people.”
“Isaac Garten, you can stay here or go back to Riverview. Let the officers handle this case. I’m more afraid of you.” Allegra frowned at him.

“What do you want?” Isaac stared at Diana.
“There are only three of us, and you expect us to face those thugs, on our own, in Aurum County? It’s not as easy as you think.” Diana folded favonovel.com arms and rolled favonovel.com eyes.
“You heard Allegra. She’s already mad at me, so I’m not going.” Isaac lit his cigarette.
He gave it a thought and continued, “It’s your job to arrest those guys, isn’t it? If you refuse, I’ll file a complaint.”
“You… Hmph! The Drakon of the Seven Armies is afraid of a woman. How embarrassing…”
She barely finished speaking when favonovel.com felt the chills. She turned around and met Isaac’s fierce eyes, staring intently at her.
Diana’s heart raced, and favonovel.com hair stood on ends.

“Who told you?”

“Hmph. Any one of my enemies can erase your family as if you have never existed.” Isaac snorted and threw away the cigarette butt. “It’s time for you to get going.”
Diana put on a brave front and retorted, “Yeah, yeah… You wait and see…”
After they left, Old Brooks walked up to Isaac and whispered, “Mr. Garten, is it alright for us to capture those thugs so blatantly? Besides, I don’t think it’s a good idea to send that female officer there.”
“They can’t take in those working for the Kenne family, that’s not Cloud City, after all. But I’ll do it anyway, blatant or not! Ask your men to start moving.” Isaac walked toward Old Brooks’ Range Rover.
Diana’s vehicle sped toward Aurum County. There were only three of them, but the perpetrators in the recordings were triple their numbers. Even though favonovel.com called for backup from Aurum County, favonovel.com was still nervous.
She was unaware that, several kilometers behind them, dozens of vehicles from all over Cloud City were rapidly gathering at Cloud-Aurum Expressway.
