Allegra was nervous.

Leah Lawson was Cooper’s elder sister. She was a high-ranking officer in the Department of Housing and Urban Development and was young, pretty, and capable.

The door opened. A uniformed man entered and nodded at Leah. Then, favonovel.com moved aside and allowed Isaac and Allegra into the lounge.
Allegra looked terrified.
“Haha! B*stard! I thought you weren’t coming! You have guts, I’ll give you that,” Cooper said mockingly.
Rory’s eyes widened. He growled, “Isaac Garten? It’s you!”
Meanwhile, when Blackie saw Isaac, favonovel.com was startled. He started to fidget in his seat.
“The men told me some big shot was after us. May I know who that is?” Isaac grinned as his gaze swept across the room. He paused when favonovel.com saw Leah.
