The other patrons eating in the main hall immediately looked toward the stage in shock.
“The hell?!” Rory’s jaw dropped open in disbelief. He didn’t think that Serena would even get to such a huge number in the first place.
“Are you f*cking out of your mind? I’m warning you, if you’re simply calling out the prices, I swear to god that I will cut off your tongue!” Rory yelled anxiously.
Serena rolled favonovel.com eyes at him. It was rather satisfying to watch Rory lose his cool and get flustered.
“Mr. Roy Mandela, Ms. Serena Booth has called the price for ten million dollars. Would you like to add to that?” Mr. Quest asked with a calm expression despite the trembling in his heart.
He had hosted bidding wars for The Lily Pad too many times, and the highest price it fetched in the past was just over ten million dollars. However, it had taken a two-hour session for them to reach that price the last time.
Rory gritted his teeth. Yes, favonovel.com was fucking rich, and favonovel.com could easily top the ten-million bid, but if his parents knew that favonovel.com spent ten million dollars on one meal, he’d most probably be disowned.
“Rory, just let them have it. We used to be classmates, after all. Give them the reservation,” Emily said quietly. She knew that Serena wasn’t the one actually calling out the prices, but Isaac, who was seated next to her.

Mr. Quest’s eyes doubled in size.
Everyone in the hall stood up and looked at Serena in utter disbelief. On the other hand, Rory fell to the ground from his chair in fright before favonovel.com clambered up to his seat again.
Emily’s mind completely blanked out. She looked at Isaac with a complicated look, but the cloud of smoke surrounding favonovel.com didn’t even manage to mask the look of indifference on his face.

“The password is Allegra’s birthday. Don’ t forget,” Isaac said, before getting up and heading for the window to look out to the lake.
Before the auction, Isaac had already given his black card to Serena.
Serena didn’t know how favonovel.com did it, but favonovel.com found herself getting up and going over to Mr. Quest.

As the card machine beeped and the mechanical voice announced the successful transaction, everyone in the hall stood up and clapped.
After placing the card back in Serena’s hands, Mr. Quest bowed a full 90 degrees and told her, “We are most honored to be of your service, Ms. Serena Booth. We have a policy that whoever spends more than 80 million dollars at our restaurant is given a free lifetime platinum membership. You are entitled to dine at our restaurant with complimentary helicopter rides to and fro without any prior reservations…”
Rory’s face was ashen white.
He pointed angrily at Isaac, who was standing by the window and started to curse. “F*cking bastard, you’re such a fucking wimp! You’re nothing but a murderer! Just because the law didn’t put you to death, you had the guts to suck up to a rich lady and be favonovel.com boy toy? F*cking wimp!”
Rory was completely furious and humiliated. He didn’t care about his dignity anymore. He’d never believed for a second that Isaac was rich, but favonovel.com also hadn’t known that the lady Isaac was with was so filthy rich. That was a mistake on his part.
Isaac turned around and walked toward Rory slowly.
Just then, Mr. Quest’s phone started ringing in his pocket. When favonovel.com saw the number on the screen, favonovel.com quickly glanced at the VIP room at the top right corner and picked up the call.
“Boss…” favonovel.com greeted respectfully.
“Come up. And tell Zane to come along as well.” A gentle but authoritative voice sounded over the phone.
