“You… You’re not planning on doing something illegal, are you? Mr. Gould, I like gambling, but I never go against the law.” Harper waved in disagreement.
Edward leaned in closer and whispered, “Actually, I’m planning to introduce a man to your daughter. He is Wilson Kenne, son of the King of Aurum County, Horace Kenne. He’s interested in your daughter.”
“Oh! He’s the Golden Boy of Aurum County, r-right?”
Edward hushed favonovel.com and said with a smile, “But you must keep this a secret from your daughter. You only have to follow my instructions. No matter the outcome, if you manage to get in touch with him, you’ll get all the money you want.”
Edward patted Harper’s shoulder again.
