Seeing Allegra trembling with fright, Isaac opened his mouth and said, “Before I die, can you let me smoke one last cigarette?”
Big Anthony waved his hand impatiently, and a thug took out a cigarette and shoved it into Isaac’s mouth.
Just as the cigarette was about to finish, there were a few thumps before a shrill scream of terror suddenly reverberated from outside the door.
The people in the room were startled.
Big Anthony immediately furrowed his brows and asked, “What happened outside? Go and take a look!”
To prevent the captives from getting any ideas, Big Anthony especially asked 100 subordinates to supervise them. The scream from earlier was indeed very chilling.
Another round of screams came from outside, and more followed after that. One of the thugs who left not more than a minute ago came running back.
He harshly fell to his knees in front of Big Anthony, shaking. “S-Sir, someone has made their way inside!”
