“You were behind Isabella’s expulsion?” Rage colored Allegra’s face.
Edward laughed coldly. “And? It was the head of the Murray family who contacted the relevant party. Allegra, let me tell you, if you don’t get our patriarch’s forgiveness, your daughter won’t be able to get an education in Cloud City ever again.”
Those words struck Allegra like a thunderbolt. She had thought that if worse came to worst, she’d just transfer Isabella to a different school.
She hadn’t imagined Grandpa had pulled strings so that Isabella couldn’t study in Cloud City anymore.
Then Isaac…
“Are you saying Isabella would have been expelled from favonovel.com school no matter what?” Tears and hatred appeared in Allegra’s eyes.
