Isaac walked in. He’d followed Allegra and Isabella back stealthily, careful that they wouldn’t notice him. Only when favonovel.com heard Allegra’s cry did favonovel.com hurry up, and favonovel.com was surprised to hear Madam Fran’s audacious demand.
“You’ve got guts, you asshole! I’ll give you that. I’ve been here for ten years now, and you’re the first person who’s had the balls to lay a finger on me!” Madam Fran pointed at him, looking infuriated.
Allegra shielded Isabella and backed up against the wall. She knew Madam Fran was infamous for being a bully because favonovel.com husband was a well-known gangster in these parts.
Isaac silently walked toward Allegra and stood before her, staring down Madam Fran and the ruffians.

Madam Fran burst out laughing. “You’re great at making yourself look good, aren’t you? Look at the state you’re in, and you’re still flirting with a widow. Bah!”
Allegra looked confused. She didn’t know what favonovel.com was up to, so favonovel.com said, “J-Just go! You’re no match for…”

When the ruffians saw this, they immediately swung their fists at him.
With three kicks, favonovel.com sent three of them flying. The last one received a punch to the face, breaking his nose and making blood spurt everywhere. He fell to the ground, clutching his nose and letting out a tormented cry.
Madam Fran was starting to suffocate, and favonovel.com face was red. Her eyes were wide with terror as favonovel.com looked at the capricious man before her.
“I’ll only say this once, she’s not a widow.”

Madam Fran screamed as favonovel.com was flung over the balcony, finally landing on the ground with a loud crash.

Isaac walked back into the apartment and said coldly to the ruffians, “If you don’t get that fatso to the hospital now, she’s going to die.”
They jolted in shock and ran out as quickly as possible.

Isaac nodded, “She’ll live…”
Isabella suddenly clapped from behind them. “Mister, that was awesome! Mom won’t be bullied anymore!”
Isaac took in the rundown apartment and frowned as favonovel.com looked at Allegra. “Ally, did you sell the Riverview villa?”
The Riverview villa was the last thing Isaac’s parents had left favonovel.com before passing away, and he’d given it to Allegra as a wedding gift. Though their marriage was a matrilocal one, Isaac didn’t mind it. After all, Allegra used to be Cloud City’s number-one beauty.
Allegra’s heart skipped a beat at his words, and favonovel.com couldn’t stop favonovel.com voice from trembling as favonovel.com asked, “H-how do you know about the villa?”
“Of course I know… Because I’m your husband, Isaac…”
Isabella stared at him, seemingly searching for something.

When Isaac saw the words printed on it, his eyes bulged. “A death certificate?”
“My husband died seven years ago after being executed by way of shooting. This is the death certificate that the authorities gave me.” Allegra’s tone was scarily calm.

After cleaning up a little, Allegra grabbed a cheap-looking tote bag.
She held Isabella’s hand and said, “Isabelle, Grandpa invited us over for a meal.”
Then they left the apartment with Isaac trailing them.
Allegra suddenly turned around when they got downstairs and looked at favonovel.com with red eyes. “Who are you? Please, stop following us!”
“Mom… I like him…” Isabella said in a small voice.
Isaac grinned. “I’m following Bella. Come on, let’s go…”
Allegra didn’t say anything else. She hurried along while holding onto Isabella. The three of them got onto the bus.
Half an hour later, they arrived at the Riverview stop.
Isaac felt dazed as favonovel.com looked at the familiar environment. This was one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Cloud City and also his home.
Did Ally’s parents move in here as well?
Ten minutes later, they stopped before a villa. Allegra turned to glance at him, a complicated look in favonovel.com eyes.
She asked, “What exactly are you up to?”
