“Something’s not right!”
Peter looked down at the cigar in his hand, and favonovel.com realized what the problem was. “There’s something wrong with this cigar…”
Dragon Head stayed silent and watched quietly as Peter’s eyes fluttered close. He dropped to the floor like a dead pig, while slipping into a deep sleep.
Lord Vedastus kicked Peter and said, “How did a fence-sitter like favonovel.com even have the guts to come to us?”
“Well, when people have lost too much, they tend to see red,” Dragon Head answered.
“What are you going to do with him? How about we chop favonovel.com up and feed favonovel.com to the sharks?” Lord Vedastus suggested.
“It’s quite a waste to feed favonovel.com to the sharks,” Dragon Head looked at Peter, who was lying on the floor, and with an evil smirk favonovel.com said, “I have a better plan.”

In a few hours, the Business Alliance introduced a new appearance and finished forming a new team. Thomas was very satisfied with the result.
The newly established Business Alliance would be greatly useful to the Disneyland project as well.
Just as Thomas was contemplating his next move on the project, a very special call came through. A call that Thomas had not anticipated receiving.
With a phone in his hands and a serious yet nervous expression on his face, Pisces approached Thomas. “Commander, Dragon Head has called, and favonovel.com wishes to speak with you.”
Dragon Head?
How could this guy have anything nice to say to Thomas?
Thomas answered the phone with great curiosity. “Hello?”
On the other end of the line, Dragon Head’s deep voice could be heard. “You’re pretty impressive, Thomas, with how you consistently dodge incoming danger. You’re the first one to crack all of my schemes and throw me off. I’m amazed.”
‘Why is favonovel.com giving compliments all of a sudden?’
“Just speak your mind. There’s no need to beat around the bush,” Thomas said.
After clearing his throat, Dragon Head proceeded to reveal something very shocking to Thomas. “The reason I’m calling you is to sue for peace.”
‘Sue for peace?’
Never in a million years would Thomas have expected to hear those words from Dragon Head. Thomas’ first reaction to that was, there had to be a catch!
“You don’t have to doubt it,” Dragon Head continued. “I sincerely hope we can reach a peace deal. I’m giving you my word that I’m not plotting against you.”
Thomas asked confusedly, “Why would a man like you ask for a truce?”
“After all,” Dragon Head explained, “Celandine City is only a minor fraction of His Majesty’s fortune. This minor portion has really taken a toll on us. We have wasted a significant amount of money, manpower, and resources. Even if we are able to reclaim Celandine City, it would not compensate for the losses we have experienced…”
“Rather than continuing to waste vast sums on battles, why don’t we put an end to the losses now? Let’s have a peace talk with both parties. The pros really outweigh the cons in this, for both you and me. I believe you’re also tired of this never-ending battle after such a long period.”
“How’s that, Thomas? Are you willing to sit down with me and have a calm conversation?”
On the other end of the line, Thomas remained silent for a while, and his fingers continuously drummed on the table.
‘Can I really trust Dragon Head’s words? Whether or not I believe it, this meeting is still very necessary…’
‘Let’s see if Dragon Head is truly seeking peace or is trying to trick me.’
Thomas nodded and said, “Fine, I’ll talk to you. However, the time and location will be arranged by me.”
Dragon Head laughed. “I’m perfectly fine with that. I’ll wait for your notice, Thomas!”
