Lord Vedastus and Dragon Claw were two entirely different individuals. The former was cruel while the latter was deceitful. Thomas, being forced to deal with both of them at the same time, sometimes got tired of them.

Moreover, the medicinal herbs that would be transferred were not even enough to treat hundreds of people, hence, they had to be constantly delivered. Thomas and his team did not mind waiting, but can the patients afford to wait?
