There was a lot more news about this, and the two-headed snakes attacked nearly the entire Celandine City overnight. Many citizens were bitten by the snakes and were taken to the hospital, but they were unable to be cured, therefore their current state was unknown.
They did not have the experimental antidote that Abner had.
These people had only twenty-four hours left to live, and if they were not saved in time, they would die!
“Have you counted the number of casualties?” Thomas asked.
“According to statistics provided by officials, a total of a hundred and thirteen people have been bitten by the snake,” Pisces felt very nervous and frustrated as favonovel.com read out the figures.

Even if Thomas had extraordinary medical expertise and was able to find a way to cure the snake venom, saving all of the Victims in twenty-four hours would be too difficult.

Pisces pressed the play button on a video on one of the websites and increased the volume.
In the video, Declan was dressed in a suit and tie and sat in front of a table. A large number of news reporters and journalists were manning cameras, microphones, and also live-streaming the event.
“Ahem…”
Declan cleared his throat and started, “Ladies and gentlemen, I apologize for calling a press conference at such a late hour and interrupting your sleep, but I have important news to share, and it concerns the fate of the entire Celandine City!”
“I’m sure everyone has seen the latest news, and in a short amount of time, venomous snakes with bright red bodies and two heads were sighted in all of Celandine City!”
“No one has ever seen a venomous snake like what we’re seeing before, and we have no idea where it came from. As soon as it appeared, it began attacking humans in a violent manner…”
“But that’s not the worst of it. The worst part is that there’s no antidote for this two-headed snake’s venom! There are currently a hundred and thirteen people who have been attacked and hospitalized, but none of them have been successfully cured…”

His words caused panic to everyone that was listening in front of their screens, and even Thomas started frowning.
It was disgusting and devastating to be stabbed in the back at such a crucial time!
