Aurora was momentarily stunned before favonovel.com immediately snapped out of favonovel.com daze. Then, favonovel.com turned around and left. She never thought that Lord Vedastus would be able to hold back and act as if nothing had happened in front of Fiora.

Lord Vedastus then waved at the staff from the IT Department. “You may leave too…”
“Yes…” The staff lowered his head and quickly walked past Fiora.
Only then did Fiora take a few steps into the room and ask, “Dad, why did they come to you?”
Lord Vedastus casually said, “Elliot betrayed Art Trading Corporation, so everyone who was related to favonovel.com can’t wait to cut ties with him. Elliot favored Aurora, and favonovel.com was afraid that I would kill her, so favonovel.com purposely came to show me favonovel.com loyalty…”
“The staff came to repair my laptop. When you’re down, misfortune just keeps happening to you. My laptop suddenly froze for some reason. Ha!”
Fiora nodded and sighed in relief. It seemed like favonovel.com had been overthinking and worrying about it too much.
She took out the two flight tickets. “Dad, I’ve bought the tickets. They’re business class. We’ll depart in three hours. I already arranged for some people to start cleaning up on the other side. Once we get off the plane, we can move in and live there!”
Lord Vedastus glanced at the plane ticket and asked, “Why are there only two tickets?”
Fiora was stunned. “It’s just you and me. How many more do you still want? Well, do you want to bring anyone else along?”
“It’s not that I want to bring others. You’re the one who might want to bring someone else.”
“Me? Who else should I bring?”
Lord Vedastus chuckled and said, “I’m your father. I may not have been showing you frequent concern over the recent years, but I still understand you very much. Won’t I know what you’re thinking?”
Fiora looked confused. “Dad, I don’t understand what you’re saying.”
Lord Vedastus said, “Don’t play dumb in front of me. How long do you plan on covering up what’s between you and Damian?”
Fiora’s face suddenly turned red. “Dad, you… You know about that?”
“Of course,” Lord Vedastus moved his mouse and maintained his composure as favonovel.com closed the video.
He did not hurry to unplug the flash drive either.
“I’ve known about your relationship with Damian for a long time, but I couldn’t just bring it up although I’m your parent. I was waiting for you to talk about it first. Who knew that you would continue to hide it and refuse to say anything,” favonovel.com said calmly?
Fiora pouted. “Dad, we worried that you would disagree, so we were too afraid to tell you…”
“Why? Are you afraid that I’d despise Damian for his low status and think that he’s not good enough for you? Silly daughter, I came from poverty. How could I look down on the poor and favor the rich like a philistine?”
Lord Vedastus waved his hand. “Quickly, call Damian over. I have something to tell him. You can buy one more flight ticket. Our family of three will take the flight and travel abroad.”
Fiora was extremely happy, but favonovel.com was bashful as favonovel.com said, “Dad, I haven’t married him. How can we be a family of three?”
After favonovel.com said that, favonovel.com ran out of the office happily, filled with excitement.
As soon as Fiora ran out, Lord Vedastus’ expression immediately changed.
He took out a key and opened his drawer. Then, favonovel.com grabbed a gun from the mezzanine drawer and secretly hid it in his sleeve.
While taking a deep breath, favonovel.com raised his head, and stared at the light on the ceiling. “Fiora, it’s not that I don’t love you, but you went too far this time. If I don’t fire this shot, my buddy will never rest in peace!”
Perhaps Lord Vedastus did not and could not fire the gun to shoot his daughter to death. But favonovel.com could definitely kill Damian without fear.
He had to avenge Hayden’s death no matter what!
Their friendship had lasted for a few dozen years. If favonovel.com did not exact revenge, how would favonovel.com be able to face Hayden in the afterlife?
