The first thing Lord Vedastus did after favonovel.com went back to Art Trading Corporation was run into Elliot’s room. He dragged Elliot out of the Debauch, raised his hand, and slapped him!
Elliot was very confused.
He was still holding a beautiful woman, whom favonovel.com had been bragging to just moments ago. He told favonovel.com that favonovel.com had done a great thing, so Lord Vedastus would give favonovel.com another reward. However, the so-called reward turned out to be a big slap.
“Hold on, Lord Vedastus, what are you doing?” Elliot rubbed his face with his hand.
It was a brutal slap, which turned his cheek red.
Lord Vedastus pointed at Elliot’s nose with his finger and said, “Why are you asking me?! Don’t you know what I’m doing?!”
Elliot looked stunned. “No! Please clarify, Lord Vedastus…”
“Okay, I’ll clarify it to you! You said the new Heart Eater would be strong since you upgraded it with the original as a base. You even bragged about its many special effects.”
Elliot nodded. “Yes, is there a problem with it? Did any of its effects fail to show?”
Elliot thought that since it was his first production, favonovel.com might have made some small mistakes. Perhaps favonovel.com had bragged about it too much, so its effects turned out to be underwhelming. Even so, Lord Vedastus did not have to slap favonovel.com just because of that.
Lord Vedastus was so angry that favonovel.com could not utter a word. He waved his hand in dismissal to let Hayden speak for him. Therefore, Hayden told Elliot about everything they had encountered in Benson’s house.
After Elliot heard about it, his expression changed repeatedly.
“Impossible! This can’t happen!”
“Heart Eater has been upgraded with the Prescription of Golden Medicine. How could it become a health supplement? Its poison should have been strengthened. There must be something wrong!”
Lord Vedastus put his hands on the back, and favonovel.com coldly said, “Are you still pretending now? Elliot Katz, it looks like you just enjoy your life every day and neglect your work!”
“You should focus on work and put less time on entertainment. You spend all your time in Debauch. Do you still remember the thing Mr. Cole taught you?”

After favonovel.com thought about it, favonovel.com put his focus on the Prescription of Golden Medicine in the end.
