Over in Art Trading Corporation, Lord Vedastus was pacing back and forth in his office.
He asked, “Buddy, is Elliot Katz any good?”
Hayden chuckled. “Why are you still asking that? Elliot may misbehave, but there’s no problem with his medical skills. Otherwise, Mr. Cole would not have taken favonovel.com under his wing.”
Lord Vedastus still felt worried as favonovel.com said, “But didn’t Mr. Cole accept Thomas as his student too? They had the same teacher, but Thomas also learned a lot of medical skills when favonovel.com was previously in the Southland District. I’m worried that Elliot might not be able to defeat Thomas.”
Hayden waved his hand in dismissal. “Lord Vedastus, I think you’re looking into it too much. No matter how gifted Thomas is, favonovel.com just learned from Mr. Cole for a dozen days or so. Lord Vedastus was looking forward to seeing Elliot win.
Fiora, on the other hand, had other thoughts. She silently prayed for Thomas and secretly thought, ‘Thomas, you have to defeat that bastard Elliot. Don’t let me down…’
The two of them supported each side respectively, and nobody knew which of them would get what they wished for.

Elliot only believed in making use of the time and carrying out the inversion.
All of a sudden, favonovel.com stopped what favonovel.com was doing as a thought came to his mind. ‘Since the Negative Prescription and the clues on the Positive Prescription are in my hand, why should I still let the Seymour family control me? I don’t need twenty four hours to complete it, right? I have all the time to do it slowly. As long as I can inverse it, the complete Prescription of Golden Medicine will be mine, right?’
There seemed to be something wrong with that.
“Paul Seymour is smart. It’d be impossible for favonovel.com to allow such a ridiculous thing, right?”
Elliot narrowed his eyes and started to study the Negative Prescription carefully. As favonovel.com studied it, favonovel.com discovered a problem. There was actually a problem with the Negative Prescription too!
The Negative Prescription was not complete. It lacked three ingredients!
Elliot chuckled.
“Wow, Paul Seymour is sly… He purposely gave us an incomplete Negative Prescription for the inversion. He removed a few ingredients, which won’t affect the inversion. But the overall effect will be reduced if these ingredients are lacking…”
“It looks like the inversion has to be completed within twenty-four hours, or else we will not obtain the complete Negative Prescription.”
In truth, that was only one of the issues.
