Phoebe quickly gave Pisces an answer to his puzzlement.
She patiently answered, “Just like I said earlier, the two tribes actually work together. One is responsible for giving rewards, while the other will be in charge of punishments. The divine water is used to reward people with great kindness, while the sacred fire is used to punish people who are extremely evil.”
Pisces said, “Does that mean if someone does something evil, favonovel.com would be burned to death by sacred fire? It feels like making sacrifices to God. It’s a corrupt custom, right?”
“No!” Phoebe firmly denied Pisces’ guess.

Phoebe explained, “It would be unrealistic if the tribe members needed to go and catch every person who does evil things to burn them to death…”
