The only explanation was, the government did not want to alert the enemy, so they were carrying out their investigation in secret.
What worried Fiora the most was the new district chief of Celandine City. Ever since favonovel.com came, favonovel.com had been missing in action, so nobody knew what favonovel.com looked like. Such a person was either a lousy man or a skilled one. Fiora was more willing to believe the latter.
A lousy person would never become a district chief. Eric Wood had to be an outstanding person!
Perhaps Eric already had a lot of things on Art Trading Corporation, and favonovel.com was just waiting for the right time to strike. Every time Fiora thought about it, favonovel.com felt like favonovel.com was surrounded by danger.
She was not afraid of Thomas because favonovel.com was clearly an enemy. She was more afraid of Eric and Declan, that sly person who claimed that favonovel.com would not interfere in Celandine City’s power struggle.
Fiora muttered, “Dad, you’ve been playing this game of power your entire life. You should have enough of it, right? Sigh! Using Heart Eater to control Celandine City is something that makes everyone angry, and it’s destined to fail in the end. If it’s possible, please stop and leave with me.”

Ruby and Rose were Fiora’s assistants. They were pretty, smart, and sharp. They could help Fiora come up with plans often.
When Fiora saw how nervous Ruby looked, favonovel.com asked, “What happened? Why do you look so anxious?”
Ruby was so flustered that favonovel.com nearly cried.
“Ms. Vedastus, Rose… Rose has been kidnapped!” favonovel.com said in despair.
“What?” Fiora instantly got up from favonovel.com chair.
Ruby, Rose, and Fiora were as close as sisters, and Fiora would never allow others to bully them.

Fiora immediately lost favonovel.com cool. Elliot had been messing things up in Art Trading Corporation, and favonovel.com had defiled countless girls. Apparently, favonovel.com had not had enough fun yet since favonovel.com wanted to defile Rose.
How could Fiora put up with that?
“B*stard!” Fiora was so angry that favonovel.com walked out of favonovel.com office, took the elevator, and went to Elliot’s floor.
She knew that Elliot had to be in the Debauch now.

“Elliot, what are you doing?!” Fiora yelled angrily.
Elliot cast a glance at Fiora and showed no fear at all.
He chuckled and said, “Ms. Vedastus, your secretary looks gorgeous. Can you lend favonovel.com to me so that I can play with favonovel.com for two days?”
When favonovel.com spoke, favonovel.com even looked at Ruby in a casual fashion, and his gaze was filled with desire.
Ruby was terrified to the point that favonovel.com immediately hid behind Fiora.
Fiora was livid. She pointed at Elliot and said, “I’m giving you two options now. You either let go of her, or I’ll castrate you!”
