The team leader really could not say anything now. He did not know how to face Thomas either.
“What are you planning to do now? Do you still want to arrest Mr. Mayo?” Fergus asked coldly.
Still arrest him? He would never dare to do so no matter how bold favonovel.com was!
The team leader cried and said, “Oh my, Mr. Morgan, what are you talking about? I already made one mistake. How could I keep making mistakes? Mr. Mayo is Mr. Braun’s savior. No matter what, I can’t let favonovel.com suffer any injury.”

While Emma did the registration for the baby, Fergus motioned to Thomas. Thomas understood his signal, and both of them went to a corner.
Fergus whispered, “Mr. Braun asked me to bring this to you.”
He secretly passed a bag to Thomas.
Thomas took it from Fergus. He knew what was inside the bag before favonovel.com even opened it because favonovel.com was extremely familiar with the thing inside. It was a gun!
Fergus said, “Mr. Braun was afraid that you’d be in danger, so favonovel.com purposely applied to get this for you. I hope you won’t need to use it.”
Thomas silently put the gun away. Since it made Vincent so nervous, it indicated that Thomas was going to face something extremely difficult.

“Okay, I’ll pass your message to him.”
Then, Fergus left, and a large group of people waved at favonovel.com from the back. Their politeness seemed insincere and lowly.
Meanwhile, Emma finished handling the birth registration. Therefore, Emma left with Thomas, and they drove back home.
On the way, Emma curiously asked, “What did Fergus say to you just now?”
Thomas explained, “He didn’t say anything specific. He just asked me to take care. If anyone tries to bully me, Mr. Braun will come and uphold justice for me.”
“That’s pretty good. Speaking of which, we have to thank Mr. Braun for what happened today. Without Mr. Braun, you might have been arrested again,” Emma said happily.
