Riordan picked up the wine glass from the table and waved it at Thomas. “I’m sorry, Mr. Mayo. I’m the only person who can drink this glass of wine,” favonovel.com said proudly.
Valary made a face at Thomas.
Thomas smiled. He sat at the side while favonovel.com waited for the servants to prepare breakfast for him.
Riordan drank the wine happily. He took a big mouthful before favonovel.com swallowed it and licked his lips.
“Wow, it’s really good wine. It tastes marvelous. Valary, this wine you bought is quite good. I initially…”
As favonovel.com prepared to continue speaking, favonovel.com suddenly felt his heart ache. He reached out to hold his chest, and his expression seemed to indicate pain.
“Dad, what’s wrong with you?” Valary sensed that something was wrong, so favonovel.com asked.
Riordan initially thought that favonovel.com was just having a stomachache, but favonovel.com did not expect to feel more pain. Riordan was in so much pain that favonovel.com could not say anything, and his forehead was full of cold sweat. The color on his face and body even started to change.
His face became purplish-red in just a few seconds as if a layer of fuel had been applied on his face, and favonovel.com looked very strange.
“Dad! Dad, what’s wrong with you?! Don’t scare me!”
Valary’s smile totally disappeared from favonovel.com face. She had wanted to make favonovel.com father happy, but why was this happening now?
Her scream alerted Thomas nearby.
Thomas turned around and cast a glance at them. He realized that something was wrong with one look.
“Oh, no!” Thomas immediately rushed over before favonovel.com reached out to check Riordan’s pulse.
Valary anxiously asked, “What’s wrong with my father?”
Thomas did not answer her. He immediately took out a spare silver needle that favonovel.com had on him. But, before favonovel.com could take out the needle in time, Riordan suddenly coughed up blood, which covered the whole table. The amount of bleeding was terrifyingly huge.
A major portion of the blood splattered directly onto Valary’s body, and it totally shocked her.
Thomas held the silver needle in the air and did not move for a long time, because favonovel.com knew that Riordan could no longer be saved. Although Thomas’ medical skills were excellent, no matter how great they were, it was still impossible for favonovel.com to save a dead person. If favonovel.com could save him, it would not be thanks to medical skills, but magic.
Valary was stunned for a few seconds before favonovel.com shook Thomas’ arm and said, “Aren’t your medical skills excellent? Hurry up and treat my father! Do it now!”
Thomas sighed before favonovel.com stood up and said, “He can’t be saved anymore…”

Valary cried and said, “That’s impossible. Thomas, you’re talking nonsense. My father’s very healthy, and favonovel.com has never fallen severely ill. How is it possible for favonovel.com to suddenly cough up blood and die? You must have done something to him, right?”
She kept shaking Riordan’s dead body. Yet, no matter how favonovel.com shook him, favonovel.com would not wake up.
Valary kept crying. She had finally made up favonovel.com mind to reconcile with favonovel.com father today, but this happened. As the daughter, Valary felt heartbroken.
“What happened?” On the second floor, Ferid stood at the staircase and asked those on the lower floor, “Why are you crying early in the morning?”
Valary did not have the strength to answer him. She just kept crying.
“Hey, why aren’t you answering? What happened?” Ferid put on his clothes as favonovel.com walked down the stairs.
After favonovel.com entered the living room, favonovel.com immediately saw Riordan lying on the couch. The table was full of blood, and Valary was crying in sorrow without end.
