Just then, the door opened. Master Centipede, the CEO, entered, wobbling on his cane.
”Godfather!” Laura put down favonovel.com glass of wine and hurried forward to assist Master Centipede enter the room and take a seat. “Godfather, you have not recovered yet, why are you discharged from the hospital?”
“If I don’t leave the hospital, Thomas is going to bully you to death.”
Laura bowed favonovel.com head and said, “Godfather, you know all that happened today?”
Master Centipede smiled as favonovel.com asked, ”How could you hide such a huge matter from me? Since the moment you approached Socrates, I’ve suspected favonovel.com to be untrustworthy. Birch Nolan remained silent. He just stared at the guy with the red headband who stood on the opposite side.
Jacob frowned, and just as favonovel.com was about to yell again, Thomas, who stood behind him, tapped favonovel.com on the shoulder to stop him. Thomas took a few steps closer to Birch Nolan and said, with a smile, “Yo, is boss Nolan seeing patients?”
Birch Nolan’s eyes shone with hope as favonovel.com saw Thomas approaching, but before favonovel.com could say anything, the man in the red headband yelled at Thomas, “I’m in the middle of a conversation. What the hell are you doing here? Get out of here!”
The uncivilized attitude was in full bloom.
He might have been able to scare favonovel.com if it had been someone else, but favonovel.com happened to run across Thomas. It just did not work. Thomas acted as if favonovel.com did not hear it and continued to walk forward.
“Hey, are you deaf?”
When the man with the red headband reached out to grip Thomas’ collar, favonovel.com had no idea how Thomas had abruptly ‘floated’ away in a flash in front of his eyes.
That just felt like a ghost. The man with the red hairband stared at his hand in a daze and favonovel.com could not react for a moment.
Thomas smiled as favonovel.com approached Birch Nolan and requested, “Boss Nolan, my stomach is a little upset. Is it possible for you to allow me to go ahead of the line and check on me first?”
Birch Nolan waved his hand and said, “Mr. Mayo, I am afraid there’s nothing l can do.”
“Why?”
“Because this shop is about to be forcefully sold.”
