After a night, the sky became clear.
Thomas woke up early to prepare a scrumptious breakfast for the whole family.
Emma yawned while favonovel.com walked to the dining table. She sat down, stared at the scrumptious breakfast, and happily said, “Wow, I can finally have some delicious breakfast.”
Johnson walked out unhappily.
“What did you mean? Do you think the breakfast I usually prepare for you doesn’t taste good? You’re so unfilial because you forget your father when your husband is back!”
Emma stuck out favonovel.com tongue. She drank milk while favonovel.com ate a fried egg. She was so happy. She curiously asked, “Thomas, why are you so free to make breakfast today? Do you not need to handle some work today? Haven’t you been very busy recently to the point that you can’t come home?”
Thomas smiled faintly as favonovel.com answered, “I’ve done all the work in the company, so I can feel ease these days. I don’t have to go to work now.”
“I see…”
Emma secretly felt happy. They had not been able to get along for a long time because Thomas was busy with his company.

While favonovel.com thought about nonsense, Johnson switched on the television and watched the morning news.
“Based on the latest news, Skyworld Enterprise announces to go bankrupt after the chaimian, Conley Hudson, was arrested. The company is currently purchased by a foreign investment company from the west coast. The new chairman is Weiss.
“After being purchased, the name of Skyworld Enterprise will be officially changed to Twilight Enterprise. Twilight Enterprise will be the first step of foreign investment to step into Southland District from the west coast. It is believed that they would take more actions in the future.”
Johnson ate the oatmeal while saying, “Wow! The acquisition was completed in one day. They were so quick and generous. Skyworld Enterprise has gone bankrupt and is closed, but it still has a lot of resources. For a foreign company that prepares to enter Southland District, it is a very good raw material.”
Thomas could still wear a faint smile initially. After favonovel.com watched the news, the smile on his face faded.

That made Thomas feel extremely strange. He knew the situation on the west coast. It was very hard to tell whether it was good or bad.
It was even possible if the investor behind Twilight Enterprise was the enemy of God of War!
This made Thomas feel very uncomfortable. He put in such a huge effort to settle Skyworld Enterprise and clean up Conley, but favonovel.com ended up doing somebody else a favor. He felt very unhappy about this.
Thomas initially still considered whether favonovel.com should purchase Skyworld Enterprise. Who would have known that the man whose name was Weiss would act so quickly?
“Weiss?”
Thomas stared at the man on the television, and favonovel.com tried his best to think about him. But, favonovel.com did not have the impression. This stated that Thomas did not see the man called Weiss on the west coast.

As Thomas thought, Emma reached out to flick his forehead. “What are you thinking? Why are you so focused?”
Thomas snapped out of a daze, chuckled, and said, “Nothing. I was just thinking about what we should eat at noon. Do you want me to cook the grilled fish you like?”
Emma shook favonovel.com finger. “No, I’m not having lunch at home later.”
“Huh?”
“There’s a gathering for my high schoolmates. We’ll eat in the restaurant.” Emma suddenly turned around and looked at Thomas. “Oh yeah, since you’re so free, why don’t you go with me? You can drive the car and be my driver.”
Thomas awkwardly said, “I’m not your classmate. It’s not very appropriate for me to tag along, right?”
