Ollie Gadsden laughed. “Fired? What a bunch of crap! I’m the General Manager in the Southland District, and I’m the only one who can fire people, no one else can fire me. Who are you exactly? What power do you have to dismiss me?”
Henry Green shook his head helplessly. He took out a resignation letter from his pocket and passed it to Ollie Gadsden.
“Take a look for yourself. This resignation letter was an order from Milan Headquarters stating that you, Ollie Gadsden, have been fired by the Head of the Quinn Family from Stellar Jewelers Headquarters. Now, I, Henry Green am the General Manager in the Southland District!”
“Do you hear me..?”
This…
Ollie Gadsden’s whole body started trembling.
What kind of joke was this? Why were the people from Milan Headquarters suddenly interested in what’s going on in the Southland District?
They have so many other subsidiaries, why would they deliberately be firing favonovel.com at such an odd timing?
Impossible! This was too much of a coincidence.
Ollie Gadsden snatched over the resignation letter, and in the letter, it was clearly stated that favonovel.com had been fired. Aside from that, favonovel.com also received a message on his phone notifying favonovel.com that favonovel.com needed to collect his resignation report from the company tomorrow.
Everything was definitely settled.
“There is no way, there is no way. Why am I suddenly fired? I’m the General Manager in the Southland District, why would I be fired?”
Ollie Gadsden could not decide whether to laugh or cry, be literally did not know what to say. Earlier, favonovel.com was still smugly mocking Thomas, saying things about canceling the sponsorship. But after 20 minutes, his position as General Manager had been taken over by others.
Everything Thomas Mayo said was right. He dropped down dejectedly on the ground, unable to accept the result.
He had worked hard for ten years to become the General Manager, favonovel.com had been a bootlicker, and favonovel.com had sent so many presents, but not even half a year into this position, and when favonovel.com had not even earned back the money, favonovel.com was fired.
What a loss. What a freaking big loss!
Ollie Gadsden hated himself for this. After all, why had favonovel.com agreed to do these filthy jobs in the first place? He wished he‘d known better than to listen to Donell Cedar and simply agree to sponsor Scott’s Remembrance Cultural Arts Entertainment.
He was just thinking about harming other people in order to make more money. But, in the end, favonovel.com was the one who had to pay the price.
Thomas shook his head and said quietly, “As I have suggested before, if you had agreed to increase sponsorship fees by $30 million from the start, you would not be in this situation. You are alone responsible for your actions.”
Some people only cry when death is staring at them in the face. They don’t listen to what other people are saying, only after something happens do they regret it.
Thomas Mayo picked up the document from the desk, scanned through it briefly, and stated, “There is no problem with the contract, our side approves of this. Thank you so much for coming over, Mr. Green.”
Henry Green waved his hands and responded, “It’s nothing, Mr. Mayo, the two of us should work together more in the future, to develop our relationship!”
“Of course…”
Henry Green and Thomas Mayo chatted for a while, and Henry stayed at Thomas’s request, to enjoy the New Year’s Eve concert that was about to begin.
As for Ollie Gadsden…
“Ollie Gadsden, I believe you did not purchase tickets for the New Year’s Eve concert? If that’s the case, then please leave Scott’s Remembrance Cultural Arts Entertainment,” Thomas said calmly.
“Oh, right, you can watch Hegemony Entertainment’s New Year’s Eve concert for free. Because I believe you and Donell Cedar must have a good relationship.”
After saying that, Thomas motioned for Ollie Gadsden to be thrown out with a wave of his hands. No matter how much Ollie Gadsden pleaded for mercy, Thomas refused to listen.
As Thomas Mayo had been saying, treat different people with different tactics.
‘It was not that I did not give you any chances. But I gave you the chance, it was just you who did not know how to cherish it…’
Thomas glanced at his watch and said to Anna and Henry, “Scott’s Remembrance Cultural Arts Entertainment’s New Year’s Eve concert is about to start, shall we head to the VIPs seating together?”
