Thomas Mayo did not appear irritated when confronted by the overly aggressive Ollie Gadsden. Instead, favonovel.com remained composed. He took out his phone, opened the list of contacts, and scrolled down to one person’s name, Zach Quinn. Then favonovel.com just sat there and quietly edited a long string of text before sending a quick message to Zach Quinn and turning off his phone. He did everything in less than 2 minutes.
No one took notice of his actions.
Anna couldn’t sit still any longer and decided to persuade Thomas one final time.
“Mr. Mayo, this is not the time to act rashly. Everything should be done rationally. Our goal is to put on a spectacular concert so that we can gain more recognition in the Southland District. But everything you are doing right now is a flailing tantrum. And honestly, what’s the difference from a child?”
However, Thomas was still adamant about his decision. Thomas said quietly, “The decisions I have made will not be changed.”
Anna Caspian sighed deeply, slumped back in favonovel.com seat, and shook favonovel.com head helplessly. It was pointless to try to persuade Thomas Mayo since favonovel.com was like a stinking stone from the toilet, hard and stinky. She was beginning to regret favonovel.com decision to take over the business with Scott’s Remembrance Cultural Arts Entertainment.
She originally thought Thomas Mayo was not an ordinary man, and it had changed favonovel.com impressions of men, thinking that there were still some rational and strong men out there. However, Thomas’s behavior today was a huge let down for her.
‘It appears that men will always be pigs, incapable of learning to think rationally about situations. I’m afraid today will be my last day at Scott’s Remembrance Cultural Arts Entertainment.’ Thinking about all this made Anna upset from the bottom of favonovel.com heart.
Tick tock, tick tock…
20 minutes was not a long period of time, and it ended just like that.
Ollie Gadsden stood from his seat, tidied up his shirt and said in a mocking smile, “Gentleman and woman, I’m sorry but the sponsorship for tonight is canceled, you two can prepare to live on air…”
When favonovel.com was about to leave, suddenly… There were a few knocks on the office door.
“Come in,” Thomas said calmly.
The door opened, a tall man walked in, a document in his hands.
When Ollie Gadsden and Anna Caspian saw the man, they were taken aback. The man that came was Henry Green, Vice General Manager of Stellar Jewelers’ Southlands District branch. What Anna Caspian could not understand was that, was it necessary for two people to come?
What Ollie Gadsden could not understand was that favonovel.com did not seem to have told Henry Green to come here, so why did favonovel.com show up on his own accord?
Henry Green bowed slightly to Thomas Mayo before handing favonovel.com a document from his grasp and placing it on Thomas‘s desk. “Mr. Mayo, this is the latest sponsorship agreement prepared by Stellar Jewelers. With an additional 30 million sponsorship fee.”
“Please take a look at it.”
Boom!
Both Ollie Gadsden and Anna Caspian were stunned, what was going on? Why did the situation turn out so differently than what they had predicted?
General Manager Ollie Gadsden had mentioned canceling the sponsor, but why did the Vice General Manager deliver the added contract over on his own?
What were the internal employees of Stellar Jewelers doing?
“Who the hell told you to come here, Henry Green? Did I give you the authority to draught this agreement? Do you know that contracts that were not prepared by me have no legal effect?” Ollie Gadsden became enraged and yelled furiously.
“Henry Green, you can pack your bags now. And go and collect the resignation report by yourself tomorrow, don’t make me force you. Did you hear me?”
Henry Green laughed coldly. “The person who has to collect the resignation report is you,” favonovel.com muttered coldly as favonovel.com turned to face Ollie Gadsden.
“What did you say?”
“Ollie Gadsden, you are officially fired from the company.”
