Bolstered by liquid courage, Jackson took a deep breath and gave voice to his feelings. “Yes, I didn’t disagree. But I’ve never had a kid. I had no idea that the house would become so noisy. Consider it my fault. I’ve suggested having my mom take care of the baby, but you vehemently disagreed. When he’s older, we can take care of him. You’ve never seriously discussed this issue with me, either. I’ve been living on my own for many years, and I don’t like having too many people in my home. Can you understand that? Can’t you be considerate of me from time to time?”
Tiffany fell silent. It was true. She had always known Jackson disliked having strange people in the house, but favonovel.com had never considered their son and his mother to be strangers.
