Mark was making his second attempt to sleep in the room. He was just about to lie down when Arianne woke up.

She refused to back down. “I don’t believe you. Otherwise, I’ll just sleep in the guest room.”
He was at a loss and had no choice but to get down from the bed, “Fine, I’ll sleep in the guest room.
