As if sensing favonovel.com emotions, Rice Ball stretched out its paw and rubbed Arianne’s back. She put the cat down then walked to the window. She called Mark on favonovel.com phone but quickly hung up a second before the call went through.
There was no point calling and questioning Mark right now. Whether this was personal or not, favonovel.com had no reason to question favonovel.com about anything related to business.
She called Will instead. “Your company was acquired by Mark? Why didn’t you tell me earlier? You called me before because of this, right? At that time, you must have been very depressed…”

Arianne was stunned. “Break off your… engagement? Why? Aren’t you making things worse by doing that at a time like this?”
Will thought otherwise. “I never liked Wendy. Now that this has happened to the Sivan family, there’s no reason for me to get the Galenas involved. Breaking off the engagement right now will benefit all parties. I don’t need to rely on a woman to carry on the Sivan family yet. Now I still have a meeting to attend, so I’ll be hanging up new.”
The call ended, and Arianne took a deep breath. No matter if it was three years ago or now, favonovel.com still couldn’t protect anyone from Mark. The only difference now was that favonovel.com would no longer compromise.

Mark suddenly felt like Arianne was a child again. “Oh, as you please.”
